We welcome you to train and play baseball in the Dominican Republic with La Javilla Academy and John Carmona Prospects. Since 1958... Founded by the John Carmona Family, Javilla has trained, developed and signed professional baseball players from around the world.
During your time in the beautiful Caribbean, you will live at the Academy or local Hotel and train in small groups with La Javilla Baseball Coaches. Leading the coaching staff is former MLB Player and Coach, world-renowned trainer, and Dominican Hall of Fame Coach Alberto Castillo.
His staff is equally qualified to train the complete player in every aspect of the game with an industry-leading coach-to-player ratio. Your stay will be guided by Michael Hemenway, former professional baseball scout, coach, and college recruiting specialist to design a custom training package to meet your goals...
